Pre menstrual syndrome, presenting with the main complaints of emotional disturbances just before the onset of menstruation can be remediated by therapies which can calm the mind and bring Vata dosha under control, such as Shirodhara and Marma.

Regular exercise, practices like yoga, meditation and good food can control pre-menstrual symptoms to a great extent.

Infertility

Infertility is mainly due to Vata imbalance. Satavari & Phalasarpi can be employed in such cases and total detoxification treatments based on ones constitution can bring about marked changes in the condition and bless a lady with a child.

MENOPAUSE

 Menopause which generally ensues at the age of 40-50 can have negative repercussions such as emotional instability, hot flushes, weakness & irregular bleeding. Pregnancy

During pregnancy consumption of medicated ghee strengthens the muscles of uterus as well as ensures the well being of foetus. In post natal care Abhyanga or massage is a must do therapy which alleviates the Vata imbalance and helps in fast healing of body after the rapid process of delivery. Ayurveda also offers herbs to ensure the purity and quality of breast milk.

Joint & Back Pain

Women are very much prone to pain in back and joints not only in old age but also in the middle age, taking herbs like Ashwagandha, Satavari and doing regular massage themselves or with expert therapist keeps all of these away.
