Health is becoming more and more a commodity to be purchased. Whereas in Ayurveda it is held that health is a way of life, it has to be inculcated, it is a culture. This means strengthening the person and you are making the person self-reliant more and more. You are not taking away anything from him.
AYURVEDA is a way of life. It gives suggestions on how to live healthy. Not only physical health, it talks about emotional health, spiritual health, it talks about the connection between the microcosm and the macrocosm, the man and the biosphere.
All the principles of Ayurveda are based on universal principles like heat and cold, five sense organs,  5 elements, these are all universal, will never change. Only the form is changing, not the principle.

‘Prevention’ is the first objective of Ayurveda.  A proper balanced timely DIET, SLEEP & ABSTINESNCE from worldly pleasures Ayurveda has tools like Dinacharya (daily regimens) and Ritucharya (seasonal regimens), by following the certain simple principles one can keep body, mind and spirit in balance. Ayurveda teaches us to recognize laws of nature and helps us to live in tune with this.

Today most of us over use our sense organs, thanks to modern Smartphones, computers, which directly affect eyes, ears, pollution affects our Nose & skin, frequent coffee/tea affects the mouth& tongue, lack of exercises. Considering the present day life style and the busy schedule of the people, it may practically not possible to follow all that mentioned in the (Dina charya) prevention of such overuses.
Every healthy person can take these therapies to keep them fit and specially to prevent diseases related to eye, ear, nose, throat and stress related disorders. This is addressed mainly to prevent the present day life style disorders.

Weekly or fortnightly or as directed by ayurvedic physician.
Ayurveda believes symptoms can come much later than the initial stage of the onset of disease. We can identify the subtle changes in the body (e.g.-after exposure to causative factors) and take actions before the illness has manifested itself. It can be effectively address the beginning stage of pathogenesis.
So, symptoms like slight muscle catch, sprain spasm in any body parts shouldn’t be neglected. They may lead to severe musculoskeletal problems.
Panchakarma helps in regular purification of the body. It’s advised periodically once a year at least.
While there are many, but in present scenario MUSCULO SKELETAL DISORDERS ARE most common in urban world. Like cervical/lumbar spondylosis, disc bulge, osteoarthritis, degenerative disorders etc. With regular abhyanga sweda, and other suitable therapies one can prevent the early onset and delay the degeneration.
